Your job
  • Travel management of various directors (booking of flights hotels and transfers)
  • Diary management of 2 directors
  • Coordinating of meetings, conference calls and videoconferences (scheduling, agenda and preparation)
  • Organizing of workshops, events and supporting at conferences in the Ringier Axel Springer Media AG countries
  • Supporting and substituting the assistant to the CEO
  • Keeping touch with Ringier Axel Springer Media AG companies and shareholders' offices
  • Administrative duties (e.g. holidays management, inventory management, cash management, mail)
