Marketing Coordinator (Swiss German speaking)

Cleoo is looking for the right "Marketing Coordinator", who's responsibility it is to bring our customers' digital marketing campaign ideas to life. This involves liaising with customers during the onboarding process, working with creative, e.g. Design and Copywriting, and technical teams, e.g. Channel Technician, and reviewing completed campaigns with the Head of Production. With a keen eye on quality, the Marketing Coordinator must have the overview of each of the tasks that go into producing Cleoo's flagship CleooPro product. Marketing experience, both copy and visual, familiarity with Google, Facebook or Bing Ads, organisational, communication and language skills, either native English, French or German, are all a must.

Requirements

  • Attend customer onboarding meetings along with a member of the Customer Success team
  • Form all aspects of the campaign information included in customer contracts and checklists
  • Understand the client offer based on the client contracts and checklists and how this relates to Cleoo's product
  • Develop and agree campaign plans with customers
  • Review pre-production work completed by the Customer Success team
  • Create “DNA” for client marketing campaigns
  • Help define client profile in the system
  • Generate campaign-related tasks for the creative and technical teams
  • Coordinate with creative and technical teams to aid the flow of the campaign creation process
  • Work through channel specific tasks, e.g. Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads
  • Use marketing knowledge to review target audiences, CleooPro copy, visuals, completed ads and landing pages
  • Review completed campaigns with the Head of Production
  • Provide internal feedback and suggestions on processes and methods of working


Essential Skills & Experience

  • Fluent German
  • Conversational (minimum) English
  • Proven knowledge and experience working within a similar role essential
  • Interested in marketing, technology and social media
  • Technical expertise in marketing on different online platforms, e.g. Google, Facebook and Bing
  • Experience defining target audiences and geo-targeting on marketing platforms
  • Understanding of marketing for small businesses in the EU, UK and Asia a definite plus
  • Ability to take responsibility of and lead internal side projects
  • Administrative efficiency in maintaining data and records on a timely basis
  • Ability to work and generate results without micro management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills, including time management
  • Willing to learn and develop
