WOAH Country Project Manager Switzerland

Job Summary: You will be employed by LikeMag AG and will be dedicated full-time on the Coca-Cola’s WOAH project. The position co-leads a x-functional team responsible for WOAH platform management in the country; working closely with the project leader of the local bottling partner CCH Switzerland, the local TCCC Marketing and Operations Team and the central WOAH Team.

Responsibilities:
● Immediate integration of content and transactional driving activities (national promotions, customer couponing campaigns and loyalty/frequency driving activities) including:
  • Weekly content editorial plan/calendar, including detailed planning of OESP connection planning and influencer strategy;
  • Integration with country brand plans;
  • Integration and coordination of digital communication plans managed by Coca-Cola’s CIC and CP Manager;
  • Alignment and prioritization of content and promo plans with CCH;
  • Consumer and customer communication planning and development (both digital and in outlets; ie. Push notification calendar) together with CCH
● Tracking analytics of content and transactions overall and on specific campaigns/issues for the specific market – Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Lighthouse
● Providing reports on WOAH analytics according to local market needs (weekly/bi weekly basis)
● Providing recommendation on:
  • Selection and localization of central content;
  • Development of locally relevant teen content for integration with WOAH platform;
  • Integration of brand love & transactional plans in one platform, ensuring consistent and cohesive always on communication to the target
● Leading the country weekly project team meetings
● Participating and sharing progress in the weekly calls with Coca-Cola Business Unit and other Countries;
● Planning and Managing annual project budget in close collaboration with Brand Manager;
● Defining and follows up on local Coca-Cola KBI targets; both top-line as well as media and content performance and national promo level KPIs
● Completion of after action reviews and performance tracking and implementation of corrective actions if needed after each content campaign;
● Building internal engagement, awareness, capabilities and understanding across the organization, so WOAH strategy and plan can be seamlessly executed in the market;
● Working with Coca-Cola in-house support functions, such as local legal counsel to ensure local data exchange model reflects local data privacy law per market to be reviewed on a regular basis and makes sure all aired content is in line with local regulations

● Media Manager, CIC team and Brand Managers – content, connection planning and promo strategy development and implementation;
● S&I, CIC & CP/Media agency – KBIs tracking;
● Legal – adjustment to country law requirements;
● CCH – Customer communication, promo & transactional planning
● Business Unit Marketing – best practice sharing and monitoring, central content sourcing, participating in meeting routines and providing input upon request
● Digital agencies – making sure the app meets all technical requirements

Requirements:

● Fluent Swiss German and English, good command of French language
● Min. 2-3 years of experience with digital projects
● Strong project management skills
● Good command of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
● Analytical skills
